Did we? I can't remember that we had them working.

Had been working in the Atlantis code, but we removed this code as it was causing CTDs about one year ago.

OK. The new label.dds and VC.msh have been checked in. Donamy could take a look on making some modifications to the main MDU screens.

Good luck on getting the edge key boxes working. Also the menu should be black aswell when the MDU is powered off.
 
What kind of modifications ?
Mostly adjusting the MDU height by 0.015m from the bottom to better fit the new enlarged MDU labels. I had alter the height of them by 0.015m to make the texture look the best and most accurate.

And you should also take a look on reapplying the aft MDU UWV Mapping to see if it has any effect on that size problem that has been reported on it.

Well, depends on the next week-ends and how bug free we get it in the next weeks. I think If I can fix the MDU labels, we are already close to being able to release.

I have found a CTD in the Aft flight deck MDUs, when you switch to the DPS mode.
 
I'll look at this. The problem seems to be for all MDUs, not just the aft ones.

Should be fixed now. Some of the MDUs weren't getting connected to an IDP.

Works now. And the DPS char bitmap could need some work. Color's not right and the font is not right either.

Actually we need two colors, bright and over-bright.

That of course. The values above should do for bright and over-bright should just be a bit higher on the green scale.

Checked in an old mesh of mine, a KSC/EDW MDD, all ready for animation setup. And here's an old screenshot of it:

 
I checked in code for the BODY FLAP and SPDBK/THROT F2 PBIs. They only work on-orbit (for the PCT sequence); they don't do anything during ascent and entry.

Works nicely here. Anyone up to to do a quick and dirty implementation of OPS8 for today's EOM-1 day checkouts of the FCS and RCS?

I am not sure we can have OPS8 quick. The displays are pretty easy to add, though.

I'm just looking for ITEM 10 and 11 of OPS801. That's the SURF DR START and STOP commands. RCS Hot Fire test is done by manually pulsing the RCS with the THC with the DAP set to A/FREE/PRI and all TRANS axes set to PULSE.
 
I don't know much about what will be included in this next release of SSU, What Operational sequences, major modes, and specs in the GPC will the new SSU include?
 
It should be pretty much the same as the old version. We've been working more on subsystem simulations and improving the code structure. We haven't made any major changes to the GPC simulation.
 
Maybe that is something that can be worked on in the next next version, if there is one.
Isn't SPEC 0 supposed to be GPC memory and not universal pointing?
 
Yes, SPEC 0 (for all OPS other than 0) or MM 0 is GPC MEMORY.

Many? Uncountable. I would need to make a diff of the changes since the last release to know how many mesh files finally changed.
