Anecdote Warning!!!
In a previous job, when I was a car-mechanic apprentice, I was sent off to change a customers tyre. He was a farmer, and the Land-Rover not only had a puncture, but was stuck in the bottom of a very muddy field. Didn't tell us that, or I would have gone mob-handed.
Getting there I got the trolley-jack out and a couple of old railway-sleepers, and started to get the wheel off. For safety, I parked my Land-Rover at right-angles to his, so if it slipped off the jack, it would jam against mine. Good thinking, eh!
Got the wheel off, and starting to put the spare on, then it fell off the jack... A bit startled, I turned round, and an enormous cow was right behind me, along with ten others, and another one that was leaning against the farmers Land-Rover.
Stealth Cows!!! Seen them when I went into the field, but didn't give them much thought.
I couldn't get in my Land-Rover, they were making a swarm, and blocking the doors.
Ended up on the roof of my Rover, and rescued by the farmer some time later. When he'd stopped laughing, explained they are curious animals, and Land-Rovers are a food source. So two Land-Roves = Xmas.
Saw the funny side some time later, but never go in fields now.
