Yes, please, maybe add a possibility some more exp_bolt streams...
And maybe (when the time will come) the option of switching to burnt ET texture (it is STAGE_1 in my configs) after SRB separation.

So I am using ms2015 to load the ICPS and ORion onto the Falcon HVY.

On the Falcon Hvy it shows the mass of the ICPs as 1000KG




How to change the mass. it shows 1000KG

Actually the mass value should be overridden by your value but in this case anyway since the payload is live you can just not write the mass parameter, as per the dock, page 16:

payload mass. If there is
the need of manual

Relevant to the LES it depends when you need to eject it. anyway why the clock isn't running? I see a full guidance file. Are you making it start somehow in the sim or never?

So what I did was open a Falcon Hvy scn and added the ICPS:ms2015, When I ran it it created the launchpad which i attached to the Falcon Hvy as payload. IS that wrong?

I need to understand first what is going on here: you are attaching as a payload a MS2015 vessel to Brian's FH, right?

if so, add the word "RAMP" to the ms2015 vessel scenario section in order to avoid the creation of the launchpad or everything will be a mess.

if it is not like that, then you'll have to explain from scratch what you are trying to achieve so I can help you step by step.

Weird. So I just added the pad and no ctd.
But with the pad I could add additional attachment points to raise/lower the ms2015 vessel.
So here the icps is attached directly to the Falcon.

but now it does show the mass of the icps.

Sorry for the quick answer but I am out and on the phone, but I wanted to reply on this: that is not true entirely: the default module for jettisoned stages/boosters/fairings is "stage.cfg" but you can use any custom module instead of that. Including one that is capable of reentry

actually in the medium term the plan would be to find a way to create a guidance mfd or plugin for VB, so it will become a universal vessel designer

that would be easy.

the issue is all about the orbit program. The multistage PEG algorithm is already very difficult, and the issue with VB is that it will not be designed specifically for multistage vessels so it will be very hard to identify the parameters of all stages. While with MS you know exactly how many stages you have, how much fuel etc, in VB you can do a multistage vessel like MS with a unique vessel which spawns child, or you can do for example multiple docked vessel (like the stock atlantis). It's already going up and down my mind sometimes. For the time being I need first to finish VB and make documentation. Then think if there is a possibility for this

Forgive me if this has already been brought up before (tried searching but to no avail): I have O2010 with M2015 for 2010 installed. The add-on I'm using was built with M2015 for O2016. The issue is when the main engine starts to throttle up, the rocket accelerates to around 1600 m/s in around 4 seconds until it reaches full throttle (when acceleration returns to normal). Is there a way to remedy this in the configuration, guidance, or scenario?
