I changed some parameters, timing is quite normal now, but somehow I feel that shuttle exhibits yaw manoeuver during roll. Beginning of roll was normal, but then somehow noticable yaw appears for a few seconds, and end of roll is quite normal again...
(I changed fifth row from 20.0 to 9.0 seconds, to make roll earlier).

Yes, it can be that way. Actually, it looks 95% OK, so it not an issue. Your Multistage2015 + Hutcison's released LC39 pad package are an outstanding achievement, and shuttle program can be recreated fairly well.roll program does not perform only roll. It turns the entire vehicle to the desired attitude, it's a three axial manuevre. But as far as I know also the real one was like this.
