Exactly! The blog is stopped, but I want to post the informations of the astronauts together with informations of the spacecrafts.

It's time to start making some preparations for insertion. We'll need to do two EVAs: one to check that the cargo is intact and secure (and not torn up by meteorites) and another to check the engine and fuel lines (and to make sure they too are not torn up by meteorites--Mission to Mars made me nervous)

I'd like to have them both done within the coming week, and I'd like to do one of them myself as I haven't done an EVA in the Iron Hill Project yet) Who want's to volunteer for one of them?

Might I suggest you create a group for the IHP so that you can just mass PM everybody. That will solve the problem of having to send two seperate PMs.

Two new Groups created for the A and B Crews respectively. Each team member needs to join their respective group

1) The Arrow Freighter Columbus has officially been renamed Discovery
2) Samuel Edwards will be payload specialist for the flight

We reach Mercury in 20 days. I should warn everyone that once we land, it's going to get a little crazy. We have a grueling itinerary (see post #362 of this thread), with missions every day for about 1 week. After the primary objectives of the solar studies and geology teams are completed, we'll be able to relax a little, and maybe plan some arbitrary excursions.

We'll try to do the Tenacity excursion in October, just before we head back to Earth.
