Request Complex spacecraft creation tool

Hello,
I would like to have a complex spacecraft creator/editor tool which would have these features: a simple 3d modelling part,in which you could draw your craft,apply textures,place CG,engine points,thrust vectors of respectice engines,cockpit,etc... on an interactive interface,then define/edit the parameters of the vessel (mass,engine powers,fuel... etc). Then the software would create the files required for Orbiter (meshes,config files,dlls,etc),thus it would be a good tool for building basic ships, then the tweaking and fine-tuning could be done by editing the required files directly.
My question: is there any plan for making such tool in the near future?
I would be very thankful for any such development, as it would be a great help for anyone else wanting to see their own spacecraft in Orbiter.

The Orbiter Shipyard Project does everything you are asking for except the modeling.
For creating your mesh and texturing it, there are tutorials on the Tutorial page.
