Interface modification and autopilots.
This module extends the Orbiter interface with some handy autopilots and keybindings.
Features:

Autopilots:
KillTrans:
Kills translation relative to the nearest vessel. Stays active till disabled.
HoldAlt Mk2:
Same as HoldAlt, but DeltaGlider III - like, with controllable vspeed (below).
HoldVAlt:
Same as HoldAlt, but for tail-sitters and using main engine.
HoldVAltRetro:
Same as HoldVAlt, but using retro engine.
Vertical speed control
Level vertical:
Aligns the vessel nose to zenit - for HoldVAlt.
Aligns the vessel nose to nadir - for HoldVAltRetro.

NumIns=Full hover burst
NumDel=Kill hover
Ctrl+NumIns=Hover+1%
Ctrl+NumDel=Hover-1%
Alt+R TimeAccel/2
Alt+T TimeAccel*2
Ctrl+/ Disable/Enable info string.
