Ion Engine Attitude and Throttle MFD - utility for simulations of constant-low-thrust Ion Engine powered vessels.

Maintain attitude relative to velocity vector at highest time accelerations.
Adjust the maximum thrust of the main engine.
Adjust main engine ISP.
Automatically switch the engine on/off for multiple burns around periapsis (efficient escape burn strategy).
