The body of Richard III, slain at the battle of Bosworth Field in 1485, has been found buried deep beneath a Leicester car park, scientists confirmed today.

Yes, very interesting. I live about 3 miles from Leicester (England), where his remains were found. So much more history is hidden I guess.

Not really, there have been a group of people who have been researching this for years now. They actually worked out where the church that Richard III was buried in was located and when they found it - it was a car park!

How isn't that remarkable? They've done a fine job uncovering the site after the area had changed so much, over such a long period of time, after accounts of the medieval status of it had long since faded.
