This package contains updated config files for Greg Burch's Space Station Building Blocks that will allow you to use them with the XR5. Every module in the SBB41 package can now be grappled into the payload bay for station building missions! Also includes a few starter scenarios. The XR5 is so big you can carry all the parts for a small space station to orbit in a single flight! Please see Readme file for details and known issues.Happy station assembly!

Ryan/coutdown84, once again, you have excelled yourself. But this slightly confuses me, how does this differ from the ones made by Charles Sing (upped by tl8, avalible here)?

And in the description you say: "Every module in the SBB41 package can now be grappled into the payload bay for station building missions!", does this include the SBB40 pack as well, or not?

Then you go and say "If you want more, just make a copy of the .ini file and rename it to a new unique name, e.g. BP105.ini" in the readme, suggesting that it might not actualy have every module supported.

Can you clear this up a bit for me? My mind is muddled by this.

Just tried it out. Very cool! Maybe I'll now build my first space station. (BTW it was my first flight with XR-5. Cool ship!):speakcool::speakcool:

The SBB41 package contains all SBB40 modules.

Some of the modules are spacecraft3 based. Each SC3 ship in a scenario needs it's own unique name and matching .ini file For example, there are 4 solar panel modules, each with a unique name, BP101, BP102, BP103, and BP104. If you wanted a fifth solar panel module in your scenario, you'd need to write another .ini file (hence Ryan suggestion of BP105.ini)

the ones made by Charles Sing sat in the bay with the long axis running fore-and-aft. These sit athwartships.

Thank you very much!

Cons: Won't work
Review:
Every time i try to start the scenario it keeps coming up with 'Terminating after critical error. see Orbiter.log for details'. I looked and it did not tell me anything but a load of crap that did not help. Author, please help me out with this, because it could be me but please help sort this out.

Pros: Makes station building much more efficient
Cons: Some problems with animated (spacecraft3) modules
Review:
Some animated modules don't work well (on Vista) eg. the solar arrays spin wildly when jettisoned from the bay but aside from this, great addon.

Oh, right. *Slaps forehead*

Athwartships? Do you mean across the ship?

It's in the main orbiter folder. If you do not have show extensions turned on then you probably have two files called orbiter. One will look like a notepad (white background, black lines). If you open it you will see something similar to this:

We need to see what that file says.

Orbiter.log is in your top-level Orbiter directory; e.g., "C:\Orbiter".

EDIT:
What Gary said.

is there like a payload manager such as UCGO or do u have to put in in via scenerio

You use the XR5 payload manager screen I guess ?...

Looks like you're missing spacecraft 3 to me... and "dis ting" isn't very helpful...

Yes, it appears to work fine here so I doubt you would have any problems with it.
