Maybe. But an expected thrust-to-weight ratio of 80 for both isn't that impressive. The SpaceX Raptor is supposed to exceed 120, the NK-33 has 133 there, the simplistic Merlin engines reach 183.

Since the engines are the heaviest part of any launcher after the propellants, it is a pretty crucial number for the performance of a launcher.

Nice to see Angara and Long March 9 there but it raises some questions.
Angara exists but seems a bit underpowered for this (launching from Russia doesn't help), and LM9 is still a paper rocket (they don't have a final configuration yet).
