Yes, I always thought they needed at least a Ku band antenna. A large, unfolding hi-gain for those deep-space missions would be nice, too. I always thought rendezvous, docking and landing could be handled by a series of LIDAR modules.What would be really a cool addition to the XR series would be a pointable Hi Gain antenna which can also be used as Rendezvous Radar... currently, they have no communications at all.![]()
