General Question The ShuttlePB

The ShuttlePB is a very strange ship. It carries one person, and can probably get from landed on Earth to landed on the Moon on only its own fuel. And yet, no one seems to say anything about this strange shuttle. It is a very strange shuttle, too. It carries only one person, as stated earlier, and cannot carry much more than that single passenger. Maybe it is similar to an escape pod? Please tell me more about this weird vessel.

Its just the simplest possible, flyable vessel in Orbiter, as example / demo how to create spacecraft. The next set of vessels (DG, Shuttle-A) is much more complex, but also has purpose.
