Interior seems fine - but I still think about the overall texture of main module. I found some combination of textures, which can work well (derived from Spacelab's textures...)
1) Main module seems a bit darker than other meshes (diffuse\ambient setting?).
2) rear small black window has some gaps (not itself, but between module's main mesh and window), just because normals are "to inside" maybe to copy it and revert normals (doublesided)? maybe not important though
3) I sent textures
4) (middle circular ring around main module has a bit skewed mapping on top)
you know I have developed "heretical" thoughts: isn't spacelab too small (it was too big before), because payload bay's aft wall is visible too much, something doesn't fit right:
In the drawing the rings are closer to the sides.
Looks that way here also.
But if I raise it the round elbem are too high?
So not sure what to do. I enlarged the main module by 1.13 and it fits good. But to match the image fully. It is not. It looks like the top of the tunnel is even with the top edge of the wall. But mine isn't. I assume the opening is in the center of the main module. If not then the tunnel top could match the top edge.
Resized the main module and raised her. lowered the aft airlock also
if good then I will need to raise the tunnel and supports. It looks like on the front top circle. There are 2 circles? On some I have seen it listed as viewport and window. So I can cut those out also
Oh. it should be centered. I need to redo it. Cut to circles into it. it shows it as a window viewport adapter. It looks like handrails along the top also?
While waiting on the correct spacelab. I looked at sts 44:
The one on top is the celestia? model.
I like the front of it better. I guess the front should be reflective foil?
DSP barrel was reflective like mirror...
Spacelab - "handrails along the top also". Yeah, there were a few of them.
P.S. currently testing new mesh....
