Just finished my last exam. I think I did really well, so this means I've finished high-school and am now a free man at last :bananadance:

The job center of my town should change their waiting loop messages. "We are NOT available for you from 0800 to 1800". It wouldn't matter, if it wouldn't be urgent, since it is about starting a two week internship next Monday and me needing some paperwork for this getting done.

Looks like I'll have to perform a combat drop on their HQ today.

Hello from good ol' Windows 2000...

Note: This is NOT fake, conspiracy theorists! I am actually writing this from Windows 2K. Only the uploading of the picture was from my XP machine, because 2K doesn't seem to support Imageshack's upload button... I just clicked on it and nothing.

This from XP (2K is too slow): --->> Edit: :censored:, the image doesn't appear!!
XP as well: --->> Edit 2: it works now! :woohoo:

Wow. Is that IE 5.0/5.5? Talk about a blast from the past.

It's IE 6.0 SP1. Version number 6.0.2800.1106, in case anyone cares. A quick Google search gave me some information, here.

OK, I admit it... I cheated :P This is a VM. But it's still Windows 2000.

Ah, I see. The resolution and generic VGA driver threw me off.

A SQL statement walks into a bar and sees two tables. It approaches and asks, "May I join you?"

Hello from good ol' Windows 2000...
Hey, I was using 2k until something like 6 months ago. Perfectly stable system still, just having to wrap dlls in order to play new games was getting on my nerves...

UBWO (post 6) sounds like it would be an awesome addon! You could have him change clothes in breathable areas, and one of the suits could make him a 'neat guy.'

Anyone here watches James Bond movies?
Seen them all.
A little hitch i have - i hate watching/reading sequels without going through the originals/prequels first.

So while Doctor Who looks interesting... It's too long to bear.

Watching them all on USA Network in th US.I am as smooth as James Bond is with girls.

Chemists have all the solutions.

Well, that's fascinating! Martin's to-do-list-following skills are pretty impressive:

Flight model: no native support yet for radiation pressure, microdrag
at high altitude. Simple rigid-body model (no native support
for tethers, internal mass distribution changes ...)
Done!

Simple atmospheric flight model
Done, we've got more complex ones now.

No damage modelling
Kind of done, especially with the stock DG.

Stability of time propagation: numerical accuracy limited by
frame refresh rate (physics engine and graphics subsystem
competing for clock cycles)
Hasn't this been sorted by separating the systems?

No collision detection
Weeeeeeeell... We can dream, can't we?!

I just tried Parkour for the first time and somehow messed up my shoulder landing on my feet after a 1.8 meter jump.
