Fouled range. No go at this time.
 
No go, range is not clear, obstruction in the Eastern Range.
 
A boat. Just evacuate the crew by helicopter, scuttle it, and resume that launch ! :)

Perhaps they need to invest in a big sonic canon like cargo ships use now to fight pirates. If your ear drum rupture, you are too close to the rocket. (But that would happen anyway) :)
