This reaper? It's just 3d model without textures and etc.

no - 3d ripper is a tool to grab data from video RAM (d3d calls) and save it to file so it can be imported to 3d software. That's why I have for example Warhammer 40K Space Marines as CSSC security and atom bomb from Megaton (Fallout3)

depending on camera in game scene generated by 3d ripper may be squeezed in one axis and full of multi-materials (not supported by orbiter) so conversion to msh may take some time (finding textures is really time consuming).
