IIRC, that's the car Jim Lovell drove in Apollo 13.

AFAIK all Apollo astronauts had them. Look at Ken Mattingly at Apollo 13 lift off. Also Alan Bean has it for sure (I've seen it in documentary "James May on the Moon").
