Was delayed further due to Holiday travel. Sorry.
Launch is more complicated than pressing 'P'. In fact, the actual mission was unusual in that it launched a bit out of plane in order to lengthen the launch window: http://spaceflightnow.com/2015/11/18/atlas-5-flights-to-station-enjoy-longer-launch-windows/
I found that this launch is an interesting activity in Orbiter, so I included a tutorial for pulling off a dogleg using Launch MFD. You will need this if you launch at the historic time and expect to rendezvous with the ISS with limited fuel.
