Robotic Ops!

Grappling the MPLM with the Shuttle's RMS arm.

Handing the MPLM over to a station arm.

Docking it to the station, to then unload the supplies and fill it up again with trash.

MPLM is undocked.

Hand it over back to the Shuttle's RMS arm.

Might be unorthodox using the Shuttle's arm for this part, but by doing it this way, I was able to secure it in the Payload Bay using the RMS dialogue and not have to edit the scenario file.

Time to undock.

And time for the flyaround to document visually the station.

Seperation burn from the OFSSIII

Deorbit burn to set up a night landing at Kennedy Space Center.

And I had just about enough OMS juice to complete the deorbit burn....cut it a little close...

And here we are arriving at Kennedy Space Center, runway 15

Welcome home Atlantis.

Welcome home Atlantis.

Those ISS shots sure looks nice. The model even looks better looking than the shots I've seen of the real thing.

Think you mean OFSS, not ISS.

ISS is still a nice looking space station. And it is a bit bigger than the OFSS is right now.

I'm not talking of size or shape. Look at how nice and clean the skin looks on that model of the OFSS. I don't think I've ever seen the ISS look as shiny and bright. It's like it's almost chrome plated. :tiphat: to whoever was the model maker of that, it's a great looking model.
