Tutorial Does anyone knows how to do this Artemis 1 mission?

I downloaded BrianJ's EM-1 addons where we could recreate the Artemis 1 mission, but I had a very difficult time following the instructions without a proper video tutorial
I am attaching the PDF file below, hoping that someone could pick it up and probably do a much better explanation on how to perform ALL the steps (probably something on YouTube that I can watch?)
