its ok i spent about hour once, trying to find good position for RMS, but i lost this angles somewhere.
Could you tell me RMS angles for Unity. I will include it in manual.

of course, here it is : (SY SP EP WP WY WR)

(-9.5 +115.3 -158 +69.8 -117.6 -148.6)
you're at 0.11m above the docking port

for grapple unity, you can also have this angles:
(-26.2 +72.7 -105.2 -71 +24.9 +209.2)

sometimes, when you move the arm a lot then quit and reload scnenario, the unity has moved for a few angle , it's not because of the Wrist roll (for example 29.2 instead of 209.2), I don't know what is it.

Edit : a more optimized solution here for docking (almost perfect)
(-9.3 +113.5 -158.1 +74.1 -117.6 -145.5)

and for grapple, its better to have WR= -150.8 instead of 209.2, so you don't have to roll unity to 360°

A little question: what modules will you implement: the original design ISS modules (with Rassvyet being the SPP, other two TKS/Nauka-like RMs, the CAM and HAB modules) or the current ISS ones (will you implement the RSC Energia's plan for beyond 2015?)? Will be possible implement the two plans simultaneoulsy? (the original ISS design + the RSC Energia's beyond-2015-planned Russian Orbital Segment)?

I will implement historical missions only.

And yes, its possible to implement the two plans simultaneoulsy, but i dont want to.

having great fun with ISS!
i've finished STS-106 right now!
it made me wonder...have you thought of adding a module similar to the Progress, which allow to perform real resupply mission?
i mean something that gives a mission like STS-106 a meaning... :D

I will think about it. Dont know about missions like 106, but maybe will modify MPLM for this.

106 was just an example.
we could talk in general about early resupply mission, before MPLM.

Problem in missions like 106is that ISS connected to shuttle only and i cant add to shuttle supply system. But for MPLM (which could be connected to ISS via docking port or attachment) its not hard to do.

ok, i see;
i have another little question for you.
when i will bring up Destiny it's supposed that i dock to PMA3 and detach the FWD PMA from Unity to dock destiny;
is it possible to do it with your ISS or unity is just asingle block with PMA1 and 2?
thanks

---------- Post added at 02:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:34 PM ----------

i've also noticed that activation of Z1 with CTRL+space auto-integrate the module in ISS!. nice

If you check STS98 scenario, you 'll see 2 PMA as separate vessels. So you could dock to PMA3, detach and dock PMA 1 to Z1, attach Destiny and move PMA 1 back to front port.

Same for Quest, Pirs, P1, S1, P3P4, S3S4.

I like to report a major problem with the R-7 autopilot. I believe you have heard of this before but the autopilot does not take me to the desired altitude. instead the rocket just stays at a pitch of 70 deg and just stays there. I think you might need to make a check on that. is there anything you want me to do to troubleshoot. time acceleration is no cause of the problem there

Thanks, i hear about some bugs with R-7, but not about this one. Is it possible you turn off autopilot accidentally by pressing "C"?
Did you modify initial settings for autopilot (inc, ApR, PeR etc)?

Anyway, i think i will use another Souyz launcher in future releases.

Negative. I did not press C which shuts off the autopilot. but I did edit some things. just the apogee and perigee. I made it so it gets me to orbit but that doesn't work. all of the Soyuz and progress scenarios have the same results

Here's one example

For what it's worth, I actually like the R-7 launcher more than any other Soyuz currently out there.

It does not work for me. The space station is completely invisible, and the Soyuz on top of the P7 is completely invisible. However I can go in to both of their F1 cokpit views. I am using the latest beta build, does it work for anyone else? :(
