and always tasty with a liberal application of Heinz tomato Ketchup

I prefer the [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_egg"]tea egg[/ame] variant.
Boil for >= 5 minutes, crackle the shell an boil again for 10 minutes in strong green tea with salt, ginger and anis :thumbup:
They are also known as marble eggs

I like my eggs without the shell. Sunny side up and runny as hell so it contaminates my baked beans. Nice bit toast and I'm in heavon. :thumbup:

So yeah, boiled eggs are gross. I have mine scrambled, with some parsley. Sometimes put said eggs between two pieces of toast, for a delicious breakfast on the go.

die-hard little-endian on softboiled eggs here (which I looooove, by the way!).

No preference with hard-boiled eggs, we usually hit whatever side is undamaged on whatever side is undamaged on the egg of our opponent. Who gets both sides cracked first loses, and the winner takes both eggs. Such are easter customs in switzerland...

I don't like runny eggs, and since there are now strains of salmonella that can penetrate the shell, I always make sure they are fully cooked. Other than that, omelets and scrambled (with ham, cheese, and mushrooms), or fried (on a sandwich with bacon and peanut butter - AKA the Cholesterol Sandwich).

I eat specialized eggs, the ones with the embryo inside and all. Very tasty.

I like eggs any way I can take em....but they have to be fresh and cooked.

If I had to pick a favourite......sunnyside down, yolk still runny and on a roll with tomato ketchup!
