Just posting to say hi, as I am new here. I live in the UK, I'm 13 years old and am obsessed with everything spaceflight, aerospace and rocketry. I am currently building a hybrid rocket motor (or engine, the terminology debate rages on :) ) running on nitrous oxide and high density polyethylene. Right now, I'm working on the nitrous tank. I haven't tested it yet, but the motor is designed to produce 2500 newtons of thrust for about ten seconds and have an isp of about 225.5 seconds (293.3 in a vacuum). I've always had fun with orbiter, messing about when I should be doing homework, and have recently had a go at making my own meshes and vessels.

Welcome to the forum! Always good to see fellow orbinauts from the UK.

Sounds like some pretty awesome stuff, be sure to give us updates (you have a blog you can use, or you can start a thread)! ;)

Welcome! I love space and getting there too, and love to go to the local model rocketry club, and I'm even 13 like you.

Remember to hail The Probe everytime you start up orbiter, If you don't know what that means, look her up on Orbiterwiki.
We even have an emoticon for hailing :hailprobe: :P

Welcome to the forums, glad to see some more Brits over here!

Also, that's a very nice looking rocket you've got in your avatar! :)
