I found this one after lots of search phrase optimization and browsing:
And yes, I estimated a maximum acceleration of a bit more than 2G with this one:
(89 kg US meat, 11 kg structure, 40 kg rocket motor dry mass = 140 kg, 3.24 g peak acceleration possible)
Lower than I expected, a lighter (especially female) human could easily exceed 4 g. But the rocket motor is pretty safe for a solid, thanks to a overpressure valve. As long as it is properly mounted, a human could launch safely. Maybe not near vertical, a ramp launch could maybe be safer. Would feel much better about it if I could find a thrust curve for it.
