AURORA PLATFORM v1.0 Aurora is a fictional italian lanch platform in Kenya, near the real San Marco Base. It is capable to assembly and launch a 3000 ton and 130 m high rocket, and it will be the launch site of the future Poderosa Lunar Lander mission. Click on readme file for details Install instructions: Unzip the Aurora.rar file. Then select all folders in the uncompressed Aurora folder and copy them in your Orbiter folder. Aurora platform v 1.0 not over the water

Hi I nstalled the Aurora platform v 1.0, the addon lods fine.I have the orulex and meshlad 2, but there is a problem .the platform is not over the water as the pic you show in orbithangar, so I think you may chek the corrds for the base..

Hi Puma, thanks a lot.
Your problem is strange.. the coordinates for the base are 40.2827 -2.689 wich is near the coast but OVER the water. To solve the problem try to open your orbiter folder and open Config\earth\base\baseitalia.cfg and delete everything. Then copy and paste this one:

That will move the base eastward. Open water i guess!
And i suggest to remove the base crater.. this is not real. To do that open world studio in your orbiter folder and open the map. Then double click on the Aurora base and set to "none" the crater configuration.
