The construction Starfury is not designed for use within a planet's atmosphere, but you will need to re-orientate it nevertheless, in a manner similar to the standard Aurora-type Starfury. Yeah, you might as well. I myself was a little unsure about how to handle the orientation, but rotating it 90 degrees seems like the best option.If you want the main/retro to follow the model then the model will need to be rotated 90 degrees

So you want main to fire below and retro on top? The way the craft is oriented. Hover should be firing there. But although there is a hover thrust no negative thrust?

on the fury it mentions a VC and there is none in the model

Yeah, that should be the right size.from Landing gear to top of the thruster is about 42 meters.
