Question. How do they get home ?

That's a bit longer story, described in full here: Moon Direct - A purpose-driven plan to open the lunar frontier.

Before the crewed mission, uncrewed mission(s) set up an automated base on the Lunar surface, with a refuelling depot.
Then: LEV to parking orbit on a FalconHeavy. Crew of 2 to LEV on a Falcon9 in a Dragon Capsule. TLI burn of LEV on the FalconHeavy 2nd stage.
LEV Moon orbit capture and landing at the pre-deployed base. One week stay. Refuelling. Direct launch back to Earth. Propulsive capture of the LEV into LEO. Re-docking with Dragon. Crew returns to Earth in the Dragon capsule.

Agena upper stages. The CORONA program, active primarily during the 1960s, deployed a series of satellites for the purposes of photographic reconnaissance. Early satellites within the program ran under the name 'Discoverer' and later missions flew under the name 'Keyhole' (KH). Most of these were launched on top of Thor boosters (some of the later missions employed Titan). Here are a few representatives flying in Orbiter 2024.

@Matias Saibene Maybe you should lower the mesh a bit more, so that the waterline is at least at null, not at extreme low tide. So much of the collar should usually not be visible unless the Blanke Hans* is about to become really angry with us.

The line labelled "N.N." in the drawings is the "standard null" used at that time (Mean sea Level in Amsterdam), which should be accurate enough (far away from the coast, there can be up to a 59cm difference to the reference geoid today)

* Northern German name for the North Sea, especially during storm. Originally it meant something similar to "Ne'er-do-well".

And by the way, the cultural exchange in this forum is fascinating. I don't know much about German culture beyond sausages. Incidentally (and off-topic), here in Bahía Blanca we have German immigrants who established a magnificent small factory with the best sausages in the region.

Yeah, I already have collected some notes on the German bight and suitable landmarks. It might also necessary to update Heligoland a lot, it looks a bit disappointing in Orbiter right now....

I think "Alte Weser" I can do myself, but your Rote Sand looks awesome, almost to good for Orbiter standards, will be really tough competition. Generally the Weser estuary its a lighthouse show room.
