Discussion Mesh making with Blender

That's the font included into Photoshop, I'm going to use it, since it allows to get the best quality.

Also, I'm not sure if this is that shed:

But I like this geometry, so I'll try to make this.

That is a similar shed, but the original one had large sliding doors. I'll look at better photographs.

Here are pictures of the old sheds.

There had also been a large double hangar at Nordholz called Nobel, which rested on rails and was able to turn by 360° in an hour.

Generally, the short Zeppelin era had lots of buildings that quickly disappeared when WW2 started.

Just found this resource about the radio gear and operations of the Graf Zeppelin, sadly only in German, but has some pictures and photographs I have not seen elsewhere yet.

It also mentions a small emergency gasoline generator in the control cab for recharging the batteries, didn't know such a thing existed.

You mean using this MFD for the observatory like the telescope field of view, isn't it?

That might go well with this
A very interesting addon. I looked at Moon, Mars and Jupiter at high FoV from the ground (being in the DG VC):

Jupiter looks strange at high FoV.
Source code included, so you can see how it works and put it in a vessel.
It really can be used with the observatory mesh. Sadly, I don't understand Orbiter C++ code yet. But if you have some ideas, then I'll post my observatory mesh later, so you could use it with your MFD is you want. (Of course I can turn the observatory mesh into a simple vessel for using the MFD, but I think you meant something more (rotating the telescope and so on).

I made the spaceport building:

I used the Hindon Airport as the reference:

I'm not going to make windows transparent, but I don't understand why some objects are visible through windows, and some (the radio telescopes) - aren't:

I think metal gets closer to reality, I would maybe try corrugated metal sheet.

Thanks. I added a reflection texture map, it brings more details for the wall:

Finally have some vacation and can make this modern hangar.
