Might be a re-post. Only 42 years of age and so ill that he could barely speak. But this performance was awesome. He gave it everything, almost as if he knew that he had not much time left. It always amazes me.

Yep, Mike P is back in the game! Love this guy, he is a true rock'n'roll soul of DT. As far as I remember he's confirmed his great come back autumn last year.
I'm feeling sad for Mike Mangini though - seems like they [Dream Theater] have fired him as soon as Portnoy accepted their offer.. Oh well

It's a song about strugging with diarrhea, in the epic style of rhapsody of fire, that also contains queen's rhapsody. Nanowar of steel continues to prove that Dadaism can be glorious if you take the art seriously.

I think the scene I love most is when the choir leader goes into full overdrive in the last chorus.
