OHM TCR Communication Satellite

This is a communication satellite that I built for Orbiter. It's also my first module build. It has a scenario that has 9 satellites orbiting 3 planetary bodies (Moon, Earth, and Mars). The accuracy of the fuel usage rate is not guaranteed. Includes Readme

Please, remove the .NCB file from your zip file. It is a temporary compilation file, which is with 15 MB 99% of the add-on size and not needed for release as any visual studio would create it again during compilation.
