STS-126

ok I just found it on the launch Blog

Holds are annoying. What's the point if they are allready desided the launch time ?

What are they talking about now, something with the SSMEs and a data stream or something?

Sounds like RF data from the EIUs. Recommeding that LPS take an internal IPR and investigate what happened. Currently on hardline data and is no constraint for launch, right now in a GO configuration. LPS and SPE agree.

T-9 minutes and holding. Countdown will hold for about 45 minutes.

The better make a High resolution image of the launch I think night launches are the best

The normal countdown is used for time critical operations, which tolerate only little deviations. Holds are used for catching up delays, deal with anomalies and non-time-critical operations.

RTLS, TAL and AOA sites are observed GO and forecast GO.

Ok, that makes sense.

Just want to say...

I feel really privileged to be a part of this forum for this event. It's really great that we can all get together like this.

Thanks:cheers:

Seems the IRAM system at KSC died due to a GMT rollover issue. The backup system JSC is up and running so they're taking LPS paperwork on the issue and proceeding with launch.

well that's nasa for you they love making mistakes
EDIT1:I think its the orbiter access arm door
