Funny to see 3 different aborts in just 7 Falcon 9 launches...... must be a world record since....what? :shifty:

You mean I sprinted down my entire street for an abort? At least I wasn't there for that one.

If anything at this rate, SpaceX will have me at a marathon.

Recycled to T-13:00, pending engineer review of the issue.

I think they'll recycle, I recall the first F9 launch (instead of the one with the instantaneous launch window) aborting at a similar point and recycling and eventually launching.

Cutting it close if they don't figure out the problem soon.

Launch aborted by autosequence due to slower than expected thrust ramp. Seems ok on closer inspection. Cycling countdown.

Looks like next attempt, if they proceed, will be at the very end of the launch window.

Aiming for a T-0 at 6:44pm EST

New T-0 at 23:44:00 UTC.

Additionally, the launch window has been extended by 20 minutes if necessary, by the customer.

Guess this means I'll have to put on a sprint again!

T-8:30, GO for launch.

T-7 minutes.

Increasing helium spin start pressure. Probably <50% chance of passing all aborts, but worth a try. Countdown resuming ...

If launch aborts, we will bring the rocket down for engine inspection, so probably a few days before next attempt

At least wth a scrub, you can attempt a launch another day.

I'm tempted to, if they announce the launch is scheduled for the weekend at the absolute best case scenario, go out to the Cape and watch it.

Then again knowing this vehicle I'd probably be stuck out there for several days.

At least wth a scrub, you can attempt a launch another day.

The problem is just: The rocket does not get better with every scrub. The pre-launch preparations are only slightly less stressful to the material than the actual flight.

You'll see, it will eventually slip to Tuesday. Then they will have real chances of success.
