on the 3rd sat there are 2 antenna but on the 4 only 1.

On the Orbus. I can stop the rotation. But do we want the timer?

Right now I have it so when launched a timer starts at 1000 you get thrust and faster spin. But if you stop rotation before the timer hits 1000 it might not start turning. I can make it with the timer so press a key and it spins at 35 rpm and press again and it stops.


So another mesh for the cradle bar. So basically when the Orbus is released the 2 ends of the cradle bar stay in the cradle. The end with the arm target stays with the cradle?

So for the Satellite launch maybe the cradle bar just needs to be attach to the shuttle and not to the cradle?

So new Intelsat mesh and cfg and Orbus module. Fixes the intelsat being seen. On the orbus press G and spins and press again and it will stop,

So working on 2 new meshes kinda fake as they are the cradle bar with middle cut away and another just the middle.

Sorry for my late response, but here in France a heatwave has had the life of my computer!

I think the two elements were fixed in the cargo hold after the satellite was fixed on the engine.
This is to avoid the risk of hanging elements during the separation and departure of the satellite.



Below is the video of the mission, before the launch of INTELSAT VI, one of the astronauts working on the inner side of the cargo hold while the other astronaut fixes the bolts with the key.

I think if for future satellite capture scn. Pylon would spin them but not sure how you attach them. Capture module would need to be made. Then if the satellite is near then attach.

Yeah it worked. I am in the process of updating the doc. But I would say the base module is done.

Next I am going to try to do EVA like the SAL the eva guy moves via attachment. So what I want is:
Create an eva guy who is attached. Move the point and eva guy. Then dettach and get MMU or on rms,..... Then re attach to point to move around.

Not to hard. have a beacon to show the point.

But this will be a different shuttle so not to mess with this one.

Any other scn right off hand?
 
So can you post the scn for the usaf shuttles. On the OV numbers I have 99 as challenger and not 099.

But it looks like you may have a older dll.
That discovery F is the default version. But now it is G.

So I am playing with Pylon.

but what I don't see in the mfd is the sequence.

from the doc for launch:
1.Bring up right pylonMFD.
2.The sequence showing will be "Launch sequence T-9:00"

I can manually operate the animations,.... but not the sequences

So one thing I changed in the scn was to change this line:

For both scns, I didn't change anything except adding/replacing the lines "OV 111" and "OV 112"

But what I need to put together is the scn and configs. I don't have sound running yet. So mainly 2 sets of cfgs?

So I noticed an error in sts49. The line "ORIGINAL" needs to be added. To make it the proper paint job.
 
You can use my scenarios gattispilot if you want :)

For the sound, I tried standing-in "XRSound-Atlantis.cfg" into "XRSound-Shuttle2016B.cfg" for a while and it fits, though limited of course
 
So what do we call this add on?

I think for the base version. Just the simple scn and payload sts 5/6. scns?

On the scn basically copying the SF ones and then editing to work this.
