...Do we need the Moonraker version?

Yes please if you insist :)...and also Daedalus (STS-200 from Clint Eastwood's Space Cowboys) and Explorer too (STS-157 from Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity)

Both are painted with the modern-style ISS-era paint scheme

Explorer (OV-157) = [ame="https://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6320"]https://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6320[/ame]

Looking for images of them. Sure I can use the default shuttle and just change the names

So as far as the Moonraker. It is included in the sf download. But no texture?
Code:
STSVC01.dds
STSVC02.dds
STSVC03.dds
STSinstruments.dds
STSMoonraker.dds
STScargobay.dds

Thanks. Got it.
8o0MzLE.jpg

Made some more but got to make new scn for them

On the Moonraker since no contact info on the guy who made it. I am going to reference the download. All I did is rename the texture to moonraker.dds and applied to mesh

---------- Post added at 05:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:46 AM ----------

So going thru scn and converting them.
Right into a issue:
Code:
---------------------------------------------------------------
>>> ERROR: Scenario parse error for vessel Intrepid: base 'VBG - Vandenberg' not found on body 'Earth'.
>>> [Vessel::ParseScenarioLine2 | .\Vesselstatus.cpp | 174]
---------------------------------------------------------------

It is the fictitious Intrepid and Enterprise Launch. Get this in 2010 also.
Code:
Intrepid:Shuttle
  STATUS Landed Earth
  BASE VBG - Vandenberg:1

I am really interested in trying this but I'll be darned if I can figure out what to download and install. Can someone please advise as to which downloads I require in order to get this going. Looks like a really exciting project.

Working on a new zip with meshes, textures, dll, cfg,scn for testing

---------- Post added at 03:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:52 AM ----------

So a new zip and name
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1MV0Biu5_VZ_G6Zf1YYfmqSmWaH03f54e

So to use the Moonraker, Daedalus or Explorer. You will need to download them and rename the texture to the respective texture.

2016Spaceshuttle/STSEXPLORER.dds
2016Spaceshuttle/DAEDALUS2016.dds

So got most to work. But then I was looking at docs. In SF in the scn you had "NOCHUTE"
"NOCHUTE While early Columbia and Challenger will not have a
drag chute at touchdown, this option will prevent the
other orbiters from using the chute as well. Many of
the flights immediately following the Challenger loss
did not have the drag chute."

So I have that also. So did more shuttle have a chute than not. I guess there is a list of them using the chute?

So shuttle scn prior to 1992 should have NOCHUTE to be correct

Drag chutes were retrofitted in 1992, starting with STS-49 (Endeavour)
This is start of service of the drag-chute of each orbiter:
OV-101: N/A
OV-099: N/A
OV-102: STS-50, July 9 1992
OV-103: STS-53, December 9 1992
OV-104: STS-66, November 14 1994
OV-105: STS-49, May 16 1992

OV-104 was the last orbiter to get the drag chute modification. It was decided to do it while she was in her OMDP-J2 down period at Palmdale where she was also outfitted with with potential EDO plumbing, new TPS blankets and tiles, structural mods as well as the new External Airlock for the upcoming Shuttle/Mir docking missions.

Thanks. So any prior flights would have not chute?
I think for me it might just affect the sts1

Not sure if you meant by date or sts #

The default is to have the chute. So putting NOCHUTE is really for earlier flights.

The other feature in SF is AUto speedbrake so if maintains a certain speed. Couldn't get that too work

The other thing is now is trying to find which addon one needs to get and then use the revised scenario

Yep...all missions before 1992 have NOCHUTEs

Mission numbers sometimes do not reflect actual flight arrangements

For example, STS-92 (Discovery) is the 100th shuttle flight overall

Good question. I think For sure SF4.8. But I am going to make another vanilla install and see if that is needed.
The rest is dependent on which scn. For example payloads need payload 2.00 and 2.01.

HD pads need HD pads and HSt you will need HSt EX. Links are listed in the readme

For the most part the Zip should work. I need someone to help with documentation.

Going to try to add EVA to it for 4 EVAs Use attachment to move the guy around. But place a beacon at the attachment point so you can detach and get into the mmu or mfr,....
