Ship problems

ok, i've made my first ship in orbiter but I have a few problems with it:
1.when the ship has been loaded, for some reason, i can seen the inside of the ship's body

2.the exaust is too far forward

3.and lastly, the cockpit view is too far in the ship body

Can someone help me??

Note: the program I used to make the mesh is Anim8or

Never mind problems 2 & 3, I found out how to fix it with some tinkering:thumbsup:
but problem one is still unfixed yet:hmm:

Also can someone tell me how I can put animated landing gears(you know, the ones you can stow away)
