We are a little educational theme park in Portugal and want to set up a simulated space shuttle flight from earth to ISS using the works: cockpit, windows left and right, sound, etc. If anyone has a flight like that recorded and would like to share it with us, please contact us at [email protected]

I think that is the idea behind it.
He was asking if someone could provide a playback.

Just build a shuttle mockup and have Orbiter running in demo mode.
Uh... don't you have to fly or something in demo mode? A demo is not necessarily a replay. You still have to record something and put it in the demo folder. But yes, running demo mode may be a good idea once you have the right scenarios.
EDIT: TSPenguin replied first :P

EDIT2: I THINK this may apply for all spacecraft... : Orbiter replays do NOT yet replay any animations, camera movement, MFD switching, etc. The ONLY thing that should be replayed is the vehicle's position and velocity and the thrusters should fire at the right time. (The fuel left isn't acurately represented in a replay though)

Well, then someone can use something like Fraps and record their flight. Tex has done something like this in the past with the DGIV. I'm sure it can be done with the Shuttle

I recorded my attempt to dock the Space Shuttle Ultra Atlantis to ISS, however I failed to dock and return.
