Its mostly annoying. We could already have all done and signed. But no, the customers project manager does not follow company processes.

Funnily, we already sell story points to him, while still having to provide classic project plans instead of using Scrum like we developers and his superiors want. With Scrum, I would just have said "Expect about four 30 day sprints" ... now its going to be 5 months.

Wasn't there a transfer window planner/porkchop plot generator built using Matlab? IIRC the KSP Transfer Window Planner also was a descendant/reimplementation of this (or maybe I just remember it wrong).
