Another conspiracy.

Just a note for non-German speakers as it's a bit ambiguous what the picture is supposed to represent "air weapon" is the translation for "air force" (Luftwaffe).

Interestingly, my phone's swipe keyboard interpreted my attempt to type "air force" as "sit force", which resembles an epithet used by other U.S.military branches to refer to the USAF.

I thought Luftwaffe was only used for the German air force. Do Germans call all air forces Luftwaffe?

PS: Do you measure air force in Pascal or Newton?

If the universe is infinite shouldn't there be an infinite amount of matter, an infinite amount of planets, of those there's some amount habitable so we have an infinite amount of habitable planets...doesn't this mean there is one planet with the geographical features of Middle-Earth inhabitated by Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits, Orcs, Ents...

Statistically, yes. If the universe is infinite, than pretty much anything you can imagine probably exists somewhere. This video about googols and googolplexes discusses it:

Be right back, preparing political campaign advocating space exploration by promising everyone dragons. This will work fantastically!

And one where Beer volcanoes blow and strippers are abundant...

(Maybe the planet is called Earth...)

It certainly would raise some interesting geological questions... :shifty:

Well, that is what you can expect of Bavaria in 350 million years.... all the hop and malt covered under kilometers of sedimentary rock, heated by magma and mixed with deepest ground water.... combined with volcanic gases like CO2... turn into the biggest beer deposits of the Earth. Oh, I would not be unhappy about a beer blow-out then....

I was cleaning my .30-.30 (Winchester Model 84) when my daughter walked into the room. She asked about it and I gave her all the specs and told her it used to be my favorite gun.

With no pause she asked if it was named Vera.

My kid = AWESOME!

Hi. I'm making an add-on for Orbiter 2010 P1. What dds format does Orbiter works with? DXT1? DXT3? DXT5? A8R8...? X8R8...? A8B8...? X8B8...? A1R5...? A4R4...?

It's a bit baffling really. I tried about all the DXT export otions from both Gimp and Photoshop, but somehow none of them would work right. I use the DXTex tool (included in the orbiter download, in the utilities folder) to convert my textures from BMPs. That's the only approach that worked for me, at least when alpha channels were involved.
