Is that phonetic or phonemic?
And is the mapping of spelling to pronunciation for the dialect in question substantially the same as for Hochdeutsch? If so, I'd transcribe it as ['uɐvumpə] (phonetic), or /'urvumpε/ (phonemic). For English speakers that don't speak IPA, that's "Oorvoompuh".
should be a phonetic w not a v ... like you say "Wind" in German. not sure about the beginning TBH but its spoken different to the ur in "Wurm".
