We ran the mile in gym today. Broke 400 sec this time.
1 mile/397 sec = 246.7 sec/km, or 4.1 m/s.
Not bad.

I hate running the mile (btw, it's outdoors). I usually get about 8:30 or 9 minutes.

6-7 minutes is impossible.
