Currently re-creating my former development environment (Visual Studio, Eclipse/Aptana, Blender, Photoshop, etc.) and feeling pretty sad about it for some reason.

The tornado here yesterday seems to fall into the T4 category, somewhere around EF2 in the US. While the damage looks terrible, it was mostly a camping site, which is already terribly damaged by weak tornadoes. But the damage path is 200m wide and some roofs of a nearby village are also lightly damaged, which might justify uprating it to T5.

T4 already means a wind speed of 16 Bft or at least 185 km/h. The 1999 Moore Tornado would be T11 in the European TORRO scale.

Well, jut saw my daughter off for another year of college (Go Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles!), my "little" girl is growing up too quickly. sniff-sniff :(

I'm highly jealous of you, and hope to transfer into that when I can. Unfortunately, I have to climb out of the hole I'm in first to even think about that.

Epcott yesterday, Cocoa beach today, and tommorow...

Hard life choices: How much money will I spend on a laptop for work, which includes travelling around.

Either buy a 500€ facebook machine.
Or buy a proper machine that is able to run stuff like Orbiter so you could waste time while riding the train.

Or become a connoisseur of 90's 2D point and click adventures...

Have you visited KSC before? I visited KSC last August for the RBSP launch and was able to get a tour of the VAB whilst Endeavour was still inside, awaiting transport to California.

MattBaker: Buy a 700 Euro machine that can run Orbiter and be used for Facebook and is still portable. I am sure, even an i3 could run Orbiter well.

My i7 is mostly idling with Orbiter but using Visual Studio or NetBeans is really fluid now. And it runs well with DCS...

Is that a towel floating past the hovercraft......???

Мое судно на воздушной подушке полно купальщиков!

German news are also reporting on it, just saw the news... According to the news, the beach near Kaliningrad is a military training area and not public...

I think I'll come back with advice seeking about this topic since the number of laptops I bought in my lifetime is equivalent to zero.:tiphat:

It was also my first one, but because I waited so long because of bad cash flow and spend so much time studying configurations and prices, I came up with a pretty good solution IMHO.

Now off, watching R.E.D on BluRay, the right final for a birthday...

Best of all is that you're right.

There's much more flood there:lol:
