Like me.I think astronauts have went into space with glasses.But contacts could be another option.

As a contact lenses user, I would'nt put those before sealing myself in an EVA suit. If the lens slides or some grain of dust trapped under it becomes irritating after a few hours, that would be a nightmare. Glasses are a more reliable option

Wearing glasses in 0G requires a special tight fixation I guess, conventionnal glasses use gravity to hold in place.

Sorry missed that part. Yes it has some ancient writing carved into it and that massive block is the ''witches chair''. The story was passed down for a while.
It goes:
