Some of them still cost a bit. But, yes there are other relatively cheap one and worth to buy, cause there is much more fun controlling planes or spacecrafts with them.

How much is that cool looking piece of equipment??? i'm quite interested, and couldn't find the price on the site anywhere...

EDIT: i googled it and it comes out to just above $600. WAY out of my price range... It still looks amazing though!

Well this is a strange week. On Monday I spent a whole class period without any sort of teacher supervision. On Tuesday a large blizzard started, and went on to the next day. My power went out Tuesday night, and came back for about half an hour, only to go out again. It was out for about 23 hours, my house got down to 286 K without heating. I didn't have school Wednesday (the day without power) or today. So now after having a mid-week weekend, I have to back to school for one day, then it's the weekend.

This has got to be the weirdest week ever.

What a long week. I've been at our facility in Virginia helping implement the first phase of our ERP system. Got to learn Crystal Reports in a hurry, and created the document that serves as the template for our purchase orders. Took me 8 1/2 hours to get the final draft yesterday. Then, at the end of the day, when we got ready to move it into production, the consultant, who had earlier shown me where the doc was and had me back it up, was showing me how to pull it into the system, and she had me back up the wrong document. As a result, we deleted the actual document I created. So, I had to re-create the document in about 5 hours today, as today is the last day we were at the plant, and we are flying home tomorrow morning.

Looking back on the day, I can't help but laugh, as I remember this demotivator:
