After Unity and Harmony, there can only be Serenity.

Also it opens space for some browncoat jokes.

I have had my brain on this all week. I want to think of a really cool name that is far better than any listed above, then, whenever I see Node 3, I would be able to say "I thought of the name for that":) But I fear NASA has already found the best words. I think it should end in "Y" to keep with tradition.

Does anyone else have a great name that would be suitable that is not listed above? Then we could all say "O-F thought of the name for that":P

The purpose of Node 3 will be to berth the Cupola (a space observatory - see pic below), and also contain some life support/crew support racks. It will have 3 unused radial CBM ports & 1 unused axial CBM port for future additional modules (although there are no current plans to berth anything there).
The Cupola:

So names that are along the lines of views/observations, ISS support, & future potential, would be good.
Words that describe those functions that end in "Y":

. Legacy
. Serenity
:P

I doubt a better word can be found. NASA will have had half the PhD's on Earth working on this for months:P

Prosperity is good! Suggest it on the NASA voting page:)

Definitions of Serenity:

. Lack of emotional agitation

. An absence of motion or disturbance

. A disposition free from stress or emotion

. The absence of mental stress or anxiety

. Composure, calm, peacefulness, peace

I don't think it really describes Node 3. It describes the Cupola, not Node 3 itself. Node 3's purpose is basically a logistics module to provide ISS support & room for future expansion. So out of the above choices, I would be more likely to choose Legacy, though I don't particularly love it.

Maybe NASA should re-name Cupola to Serenity?

A rather lovely aircraft I think, and the definition of concord(e) could fit with the existing modules.
