Orbiter Screenshot Thread

@Izack: Now that's a new kind of stealth: Invisibility! :D
Sadly, any enemy could easily bypass that by pressing F3...

@River Carb: Yeah, I was planning on replacing all of the textures (cockpit, bay, gear, etc.) with wireframes. I would never release something like that, though. It would just be for making some cool screenshots. :)

a nice picture of a DGIV landing at Titan with Saturn in the background.

Hmm. how did you get so much of saturns rings to be visible? seems like titan's usually more aligned with the ring plane whenever i go there...

Doubt you can get a perfect date using Orbiter's Scenario Editor  :tiphat: ;)

I should see a shrink about the UMMU thing...

In memory of [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japan_Airlines_Flight_123"]JAL flight 123[/ame], an XR2-J in the Tsurumaru livery of aircraft JA8119.

Unfortunately I may never release this, due to bad warping problems with the stripes. :(

These aren't really ORBITER screenshots, but I thought people might like them anyways. They are just some interesting views of an equation I commonly use for navigational calculations in Orbiter. :tiphat:

Top center is a James Cook, down and right I think is the new(ish) Long Shot?
Quit a nice fleet for long range survey work.
If you want to add one more, the 'Hangar has (or maybe had) the Explorer from Babylon 5, I'd downloaded it, but never played around with it.
Edit-- So, I don't know if the Explorer works with Orbiter '10. She's pretty though...

PhantomCruiser is correct. And the one center right (which has drifted away from the pack a bit) is the Clydesdale.

PhantomCruiser has me curious. I'm going to download the Explorer and see if I can get her up and running in '10 P1.

**EDIT** Successfully launched the Explorer scenario included with the addon. Everything seems to be working. Time for a shakedown flight this evening. Thanks to PhantomCruiser for pointing me to her!

Brightened the image a bit with Paint.NET, as the original was rather dark due to the sun's position.

I'd like to launch them all to say, Jupiter, at the same time, but I have a feeling with their different Isp's the fleet is going to rapidly break up.

Explorer looks cool, will have to try it out.
