First WIP shot of the VC from the same scenario / project shown here

I'd start a proper dev-thread but I'm having trouble settling on a name. "Spider & Gumdrop" is the current working title but I have plans to expand beyond the the historical LM + CSM and I want the name to reflect that. Unfortunatly "Beyond Apollo" is already claimed.

Looks good, although I dont quite recognize it as the good old Apollo CM just yet. Are you thinking of doing Apollo first, then expanding it to something modern day, or is the focus going to be on Apollo Applications?

I think you'll beat me to the punch in releasing capsules, but I'll get there eventually

Ok, apparently I just got hit with driver limitations on my geek card, I didn't recognize the reference

Apollo NextGen perhaps? (ANG) or Helios? Helios and Apollo being similar but different; Apollo was an Olympian while Helios was a Titan (see kids what you learn while taking a mythology course).

Don't worry, I wouldn't recognize a lot of sci-fi references. (such as the aforementioned Babylon 5 franchise)

I never got around to watching that program but I did download the shadow ship and used it in animations in 3DSMAX many years ago.

I need to see if theres some kind of free move camera because the angle of that shot wasnt what i wanted.

I wonder what that is extending past the Dragon SM in the artists rendition. Falcon heavy stage?

Cant say I was ever hugely into the extended lunar missions, but the manned venus flyby using a empty SIVB as living space would be amazing. Good luck!
