I just got an ATI Radeon HD 5570 graphics card and I'd appreciate any tips about how to optimize it to work with Orbiter. i.e. what graphics settings/Orbiter settings should I change. I have a Dell Dimension E510 running Win XP.

You want to enable anti-aliasing and anisotropic thingymawhotsits to make all the graphics not have jagged edges. If you can't do this through orbiter then this can be done through the Catalyst Control Centre

To adjust anti-aliasing and anisotropic settings, you have to go through the Catalyst Control Center.

I recently upgraded to a Radeon HD6850 Sapphire and see superb performance with Orbiter.
