"Operator error" or bug ?

I input a test value into ITEM 19 (vX), then :

After I input ITEM 10 , ITEM 22, ITEM 27, ITEM 23, the TIG gets loaded, and counts down, but "sometimes" the flashing EXEC appears, other times, not, and sometimes it just counts down to zero.

Also, sometimes when the flashing exec (FE ?) appears, and I click the EXEC keypad, the OMS burn never happens.

Ideas / suggestions ?

Are the OMS switches in ARM or ARM/PRESS (panel C3)?
I'm not 100% sure about the "life-cycle" of the MNVR displays, but I think you can only do one burn and then have to go to MM201 and then back to 202 for another burn.

Also, isn´t the correct sequence: Engine Selection (ITMS 1-3), TIG (ITM10), Trims (ITMS 7 and 8), DV, (ITMS 19-21), ITM22, ITM 23, ITM 27, set DAP to AUTO?

And as GLS says, after the burn is complete you have to return to 201 and do a ITM21.
