I'm not sure...it seems two people have fallen victim to the infamous Mission #6 now. I think I'll just skip the mission and make the base myself with the scenario editor if HAL9001 isn't done by this weekend. Again, I had no idea how hard this particular one would be when I made it.
The next set will be much more structured and rounded (IE no ridiculous missions thrown into the mix without warning.) I'll also place time limits on missions to prevent this from happening again.
You signed on for a doozy, that's for sure. I don't know how many new colorful phrases my daughter learned form me while I was chasing bouncing cargo all over Phobos. Nicely done!
I'd have a look at the scenario, but you caught me on my way out the door. I'm not sure when I'll get back either, but I assume sometime before midnight tonight (AST.)
It can get a bit weird the first few times. I've found that a low glide angle and a high AOA are helpful. Otherwise...you just don't slow down.
Also, silly me didn't get the propellant levels right. I thought I had halved the main propellant a few scenarios ago...I guess not.
So if you already have the scenario, the propellant line of the Epimetheus entry is supposed to read:
Code:
PRPLEVEL 0:0.500000 1:0.998000 2:0.983333
If not, the scenario is corrected now. :embarrassed:
